The competition for this task, valued at $9.2M, drew three other bidders.

- The multiple-award OPM HI Program IT Support Services (ITSS) BPA, set-aside for women-owned small businesses, was set up to provide requirements development, system development life cycle support, and user acceptance testing for a set of web-based systems used to manage the Multi-State Plan (MSP) Program for eligible persons who purchase health insurance coverage on one of the Health Care Exchanges.
- Led by CTEC President/CEO, Kay Ramesh, and Founder and VP, Raj Ramesh, and brings direct Prime experience supporting efforts such as the Oracle Solaris Support for OPM Data Migration, providing Systems Development and Maintenance efforts for the OCFO, and leading the segment and solution architecture for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Retirement Services (RS) group.
