This landmark modernization transforms the federal retirement process by replacing a decades-old, paper-based system with an efficient, fully digital platform. In collaboration with OPM and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), CTEC supported streamlining and optimization efforts that led to this milestone achievement.
