Kay Ramesh, President/Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Kay Ramesh is a U.S. Citizen who is a highly qualified and very accomplished business development manager with more than 12 years of technical and management experience. Ms. Ramesh holds an M.B.A. from R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park; an M.S. in Information Systems with Distinction, George Mason University; and a B.S. in Electrical Communication Engineering. Ms. Ramesh has also served as the Director for the Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council (VMSDC) working with the major corporations in Northern Virginia including Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, Exxon Mobil, and SunTrust. She also worked to promote small businesses and create subcontracting opportunities in Northern Virginia.
Raj Ramesh, Executive Vice President
Mr. Ramesh is a U.S. Citizen with 17 years of management, information technology and software product development experience. Mr. Ramesh provides vision, strategic direction, technology partnerships, product architecture, business process analysis, tools evaluation, and software design/development for CTEC. Mr. Ramesh's areas of technical expertise include: Enterprise Database Systems/e-Learning Systems, Data Warehousing and Very Large Database Systems (VLDB), Web-based Collaborative e-Learning Systems, Enterprise Architectures, and Portals and CRM. Mr. Ramesh has held senior positions at Bearing Point, Anteon, and Harris Corporation.
Christine Oemler, Director of Business Development Operations
Christine Oemler leverages over 20 years of Federal and Commercial business development experience. Ms. Oemler holds a BA in English from George Mason University. Her proposal management, marketing, communications and interpersonal skills have contributed to the success of small businesses as well as large companies in the Aviation industry and more recently in the Government IT marketplace with CTEC.
Kannan Raj, Vice President, Cloud Services
Vice President of Cloud Services, Kannan Raj joins CTEC from Oracle Corp, where he was a Senior Director and Architect in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure group and the Systems Networking Group. Kannan has over 25 years experience and has led innovative product development and R&D teams and deployed cloud technologies spanning multiple technology disciplines.
Shaun Edens, Vice President, Digital Services
Vice President of Digital Services, Mr. Shaun Edens has 17 years experience as a Information Technology (IT) management consultant focused on digital services, automation, and cloud capabilities to using Agile frameworks to enable an efficient and productive workforce in the Federal Government, commercial biotech, and health markets. Shaun has managed digital services teams spanning 50 to 200 people under his leadership.
Ray Mixon, Director, Human Capital Management Services
Ray Mixon Jr. served over 30 years of distinguished military service. During his active duty tenure, he served in multiple leadership and special assignment positions that ranged from squad leader to Command Sergeant Major. Since, Mr. Mixon has served as a Military Analyst and contractor for the Center for Army Lessons Learned; Project and Deputy Project Manager for the Army Continuing Education Services Transition Education Counseling Support Program; the Army Community Service Information and Referral Support Program; and currently serves as the Director for Military and Family Support Programs and Portfolio Lead for Cybermedia Technologies while overseeing the successful execution of the Army Continuing Education Services Transition Education Counseling Support Program; the Army National Guard Career Management Field Training Services Program; the Army National Guard Family Readiness Support Services Program; and subcontracted to oversee the successful execution for the Department of Labor Veterans Employment and Training Services program for the state of California. Mr. Mixon has provided leadership to over 300 personnel who execute these programs in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Varis Abdullin, Director, GWAC Center of Excellence
Varis Abdullin is a business development professional with a diverse background and expertise that ranges from corporate strategy, marketing, branding, market analysis, capture management, strategic partnerships, and recruiting. He is passionate about developing lifelong partnerships and continuously seeks to foster and support the growth of his team. Varis identifies himself as more of a contrarian and has an iterative approach to solving complex problems that focuses on integrating new and unique solutions. He excels in business development, capture management and strategic partnerships.
