Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Training Assets Development Support (TADS)

CTEC is developing web-based and classroom-based training to support the Defense Acquisition University and the newly created College of Contract Management. CTEC has developed multiple, simultaneous Distance Learning (web-based), Instructor-Led (classroom-based), Video, and Blended training courses that have earned substantial kudos for creativity and quality from client stakeholders and students alike. We use industry best practices, adhering strictly to the P/ADDIE+M model (Planning/Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation plus Maintenance) for training and development. We apply a combination of adult learning principles and Bloom’s Taxonomy to ensure learner retention. To date, CTEC has provided training development support for the Training Assets Development Support contract.
