CTEC provided Subject Matter Experts for the United States Army National Guard (ARNG) Professional Military Education system and ARNG’s Family Readiness Support Services (FRSS) program in 54 States and U.S. territories, which was an integral part in the mission of ensuring overall warfighting readiness to Soldiers and units. CTEC provided training services that included reviewing the Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS) and Program of Instruction (POI) documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. CTEC worked with each State, Territory and the District of Columbia to provide a team of highly motivated and well-qualified contract support.
