Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS)
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) awarded CTEC a contract to compete for a range of information technology task orders in support of DLA and other Defense Department agencies. DLA awarded the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract through a competitive procurement process and will obligate defense working capital funds from fiscal 2017 through 2025 upon the award of task orders. The DLA J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) acquisition vehicle covers 21 IT, technical and management task areas in support of the agency’s information operations office, program offices and other DoD agencies. These task areas include network and telecommunications, information assurance, sustainment and maintenance, configuration management, enterprise data strategy, systems engineering, test and documentation, virtual workforce training, financial budget and IT audit readiness support services.
Department of State (DoS) BPA
The purpose of this single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide the U.S. Department of State (DoS) with a broad range of Program Management Support Services to meet the needs of no fewer than twenty-six DoS Bureaus operating both domestically and overseas. The required services support Bureau programs which are at various stages in the program life cycle.

Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) Test & Evaluation (T&E)
Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. (CTEC) has been awarded a Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) Test & Evaluation (T&E) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract. The Department of Defense (DoD) JAIC was established in 2018 to be the focal point of the DoD Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy. CTEC is excited to help accelerate scaling AI and its impact by utilizing our Innovation Center of Excellence in Cyber and Cloud Operations iCYCLOPSTM. Our lab provides an environment to identify appropriate use cases for AI, rapidly pilot solutions, and scale impact across DoD.
Companies interested in new and innovative AI test tools, capabilities, and services to enable DoD T&E to rapidly test, validate and promote AI capabilities can use this BPA to advance DoD operations and missions.
One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services - Small Business OASIS SB Pool 1
The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services - SB (Small Business) OASIS SB Pool 1 - Management/Scientific/Technical Services pool comprises efforts primarily engaged in applying physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes, and systems. The assignments undertaken under this pool may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects, and related services. For example, the scope of this pool covers Engineering, Mapping, Testing, Management/Business Consulting, Human Resources, Marketing/Public Relations, Logistics Consulting, Environmental, and all Other Professional/Scientific/Technical services. Awardees consist of only small businesses. CTEC provides Human Capital Development, Digital Modernization and Cybersecurity services as an OASIS Prime Contractor.
OPM Health IT BPA
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Healthcare and Insurance (HI) program office requires CTEC to provide Information Technology (IT) application support services. HI uses web-based ERP applications to implement and manage medical insurance benefit programs. Our three Call Orders support the following OPM Programs:
- Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. CTEC is the prime contractor supporting the Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) ERP Program and Modernization for 4 million + customers.
- Healthcare and Insurance Data Warehouse (HIDW). CTEC is developing, enhancing, and modernizing the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, and the Multi-state Plan (MSP) Program.).
- Trust Fund Modernization. CTEC provides data migration and interface management support for the TFM Program.
ITES-3S
The U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI), awarded Cybermedia Technologies Inc. (CTEC), a small business prime on the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support information technology services requirements worldwide. Including option periods, the $12.1 billion contract is expected to be the Army’s preferred IT-related services vehicle and may be utilized by the DoD and other Federal agencies for up to nine years.
The ITES-3S contract is the Army’s preferred source for the purchase of a full range of IT services and solutions which includes but is not limited to the following Task Areas: Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Information Systems Security, Information Assurance, Information Technology Services, (CAD/CAE/CAM), Development, Software/Middleware Development, Enterprise Design Integration and Consolidation, Education/Training, Program/Project Management, Systems Operation and Maintenance and Network Support.

GSA 8(a) STARS II
8(a) STARS II allows directed task order awards for orders under $4 Million, including options. Orders more than $4 Million must be competed among the industry partners in your chosen constellation and functional area. a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWACs) have the same low contract access fee as GSA Schedules. 8(a) STARS II offers fixed price, time and materials, labor hour, and blended task order types, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services to meet mission requirements.

The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a small business set-aside contract that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. The GWAC provides Federal agencies with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, both commercial and non-commercial. The primary NAICS for 8(a) STARS III is 541512 (computer systems design services). Requirements that align with other IT services NAICS codes are within the scope of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC include, but are not limited to: 541511, 541513, 541519, 518210. GSA ALLIANT SB
CTEC is part of Advanced Alliant Solutions Team (AAST), a joint venture led by Technical and Management Resources, Inc., a contract holder on the GSA Alliant Small Business Contract. GSA Alliant is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), with a 5-year base and one 5-year option - that provides the Federal Government with integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions.
The Alliant Small Business (SB) GWAC is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired. Navy SeaPort NXG
SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-NXG portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.
